Paul's thought for the day

I think the most important aspect of working out is being able to maintain good form even when your body starts to crap out.

But what happens when your body craps out, your form goes to hell, and you keep going anyway? Pros play hurt, right? At least, that's what I tell myself...

Nah you gotta focus and maintain that form so you don't injure yourself (further)

I was swimming long and hard (hee hee) and I was able to maintain good form for once through the workout, instead of my form going to hell.
